Senior Nutrition

The Lewiston Parks and Recreation Senior Nutrition Program serves lunch Monday-Tuesday at Noon. Wednesdays are extra special with our famous buffet that starts serving at 11:30am. Be sure to plan your day around other activities and join us for lunch.

Tai Chi – Session 3 (6 Weeks)


Tai Chi is a series of twenty gentle whole-body movements which assist the body, mind and emotion to
harmonize. Creativity is heightened as natural growth and healing processes are hastened through regular
practice. In each six-week session, ten Tai Chi movements will be learned. Many participants enjoy the group
practices and continue to attend this Tai Chi “group.” Pre-registration is required.

This is a 10-week exercise program that is a low impact and designed to help improve your Balance, Flexibility
and Strength. Sign up with friends and family for this positive social exercise program. Learn many new

Come see Berry Gordy’s journey from boxer to music mogul. This Broadway show features such hits as “My
Girl” and “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’ plus many more songs that shattered barriers, shaped our lives and
made us all move to the same beat. We will leave Lewiston at 3:00pm and we will stop at Timber Creek Buffet

Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley


We will travel to Mt Vernon on Friday tour the Tulip Festival on Saturday and return on Sunday. Two tours we will see is Tulip Town and Roozengardens..
