Historic Dayton Walking Tour
We will be traveling to Historic Dayton, Washington (founded in the 1850’s) for a walking tour. The tour is approximately 2 hours long. At the end of the tour we will have lunch at the Historic Weinhard Restaurant.  Dayton has 117 buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places and form three National Historic Districts, You may then choose to tour the hotel across the street. We will return to Lewiston at approximately 4pm.

Lunch Time Yoga Flow (6 Weeks)
Join Yoga instructor Jeanette Gara-Betzold for an energetic and fluid yoga class that brings together postures, breathing and meditation in a dynamic moving sequence. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace as they become internally aware of the body, mind and breath working together. Modifications are incorporated for students to make this breath-centered practice accessible to all levels. Previous session experience not required.   Pre-registration is required.

Mommy and Me Creative Movement – Session 1 (6 Weeks)
Instructor and owner of Footnotes Dance Studio Shawna Seale will be conducting a brand new mommy and me class. Mommy and Me Creative Movement is the perfect introduction to music and movement for the very young child not ready to spate by ready to explore a nurturing learning environment. The basic elements of dance are introduced in a positive and loving way using props such as scarves, stuffed animals, musical instruments, and costume effects. Mommies and children participate together throughout the class until children are willing to dance on their own. Pre-registration is required.
