Public Safety Goods and services related to the operations of the Fire and Police Departments. Public Transportation Public Transportation services - typically dealing with operating and capital projects. Sales of Surplus City Property Sales of various city property that is no longer needed by the city. Typical items are vehicles, furniture, equipment, unclaimed property held by police department. Sales may be conducted by sealed bid or through an online auction site. Vehicles All vehicle types including but not limited to sedans, fire trucks, snow trucks, and other light and heavy trucks.
Government Jobs Method List Name Description Community Development Community Development consists of Planning, Building and Community Services (including permits), Code Enforcement and Business Licensing. Executive The Executive Department is comprised of the City Manager, City Clerk, Executive Assistant, HR Manager and HR Specialist. Finance/Administrative Services The Administrative Services department consists of the following Divisions: Finance which encompasses cashiering, customer service, utility billing, ambulance billing, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll functions; Information Technology; Fleet Maintenance; Purchasing; and Human Resources. Fire Department Positions which may be available in the Fire Department are Reserve Firefighter, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, and Fire Inspector. Legal Department Positions in the Legal Department include: City Attorney, Assistant City Attorney, Legal Assistant and Secretary. Library Services Positions in the Library would include Library Clerk, Library Assistant, Library Technician, and Librarian. Parks & Recreation Police Department Positions in the PD would include Police Officer (lateral entry only), Public Safety Communication Specialist (Dispatcher), Computer Specialist, Word Processing Specialist, and E911 Coordinator. Public Works Positions in the PW Department will be posted when open. They include streets, traffic, water plant, wastewater plant, transfer station and engineering.
