REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
The City of Lewiston, Idaho invites prospective Respondents to submit proposals for the design of a website for the City of Lewiston and the purchase and implementation of a web content management system (CMS). Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the conditions outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The full RFP document (link below) is available on the City's website, www.cityoflewiston.org. Printed copies are also available at the office of Central Purchasing at City Hall, 1134 F Street.
Respondents to the RFP must submit six (6) copies of their proposal in a sealed package clearly marked "WEBSITE". Sealed proposals must be received at:

no later than 3:00 pm (PST) on February 26, 2008 via mail or in-person. Late proposals will not be accepted, and will be returned unopened, regardless of postmark. Prospective Respondents are responsible for having proposals deposited on time at the place specified and assume all risk of late delivery, including any delay shipping or handling of the shipment by the couriers or City of Lewiston employees.
All inquiries and comments concerning this RFP must be directed to Joy Schwank for response, and sent via e-mail to: jschwank@cityoflewiston.org. Responses to questions or comments provided by any other department, employee, or City office concerning the RFP will not be valid and will not bind the City.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive minor defects and irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City.
