STRATEGIC PLAN > Enhance the safety, attractiveness, aesthetics and health of Lewiston

    *Hot mix overlay .89 miles of Thain Road
    *Chip seal 9.98 miles of City streets
    *Cold mix overlay 7.1 miles of residential street.
