Any vendor providing services or delivering goods within the City must have a current Lewiston City Business License. In addition, any provider making deliveries or providing services on city premises shall provide a certificate of insurance that includes workers compensation coverage. The workers compensation policy must comply with Idaho law and be filed with the Idaho Industrial Commission.
