Pre-Applications Meetings
For larger projects, applicants are encouraged to present their project for preliminary review at a Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Representatives from City departments attend this meeting on a weekly basis. To make arrangements to be placed on the DRC agenda, please contact the Building Services.
