Lunch Time Yoga

Join yoga instructor Jeanette of JGB Yoga for an energetic and nourishing yoga class that brings together postures, breathing and meditation in a dynamic moving sequence. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace as they become internally aware of the body, mind and breath working together. All students must bring their own yoga mats.
